Thoinot Jeanne-Clémentine (1876-1949)
Jeanne-Clémentine Thoinot is a French painter who traveled a lot, among others in Indonesia, in Madagascar, in the French Antilles or in Africa.
In France she mainly painted Paris and Brittany.
The Bréhat archipelago consists of the main island and 86 neighboring islets and reefs. the 13 July 1907, Bréhat was the first listed natural site in France !
Long 3,5 kilometers and wide 1,5 kilometer, the island is accessible by boat and can be visited on foot or by bike. Arriving on the island via the landing stage, borrow trails off the main streets which connect the port to the Peacock lighthouse. You will discover a multitude of coves, beaches and shelters for lost sailors.
