Administrator mixed municipalities in southern Algeria, He is an alumnus of the School of Fine Arts in Limoges. Decorated the Academic Palms of Fine Arts, he receives a silver gilt medal of the French Orientalists.

Touggourt (from Berber “the door”, in tifinagh : ⵜⵓⴳⵓⵔⵜ; in Arabic تقرت) is a commune of the wilaya of Ouargla, situated at 160 km northeast of Ouargla, at 225 km south of Biskra and 660 km approximately southeast of Algiers.

The town of Touggourt is an oasis in the north of Sahara Algerian.
