Hubert Léon Tournier said Huleto (born in 1906 Limoges - ?)
He is a director of mixed municipalities in southern Algeria, he is a former student of the School of Fine Arts in Limoges.
He was awarded the Academic Palms of Fine Arts, he receives a silver gilt medal of the French Orientalists.
It cites among his works : House of Ouled Nail, dated 1937, Touggourt – Algeria 1937.
Expositions : Alger, 1947 : The hunting gazelle ; 1952, 1953,1950 and 1960 : Exhibition of Algerian artists Orientalists.
His main works are the Museum of Fine Arts of Algiers.

Tafraout or Tafraoute (in Berber : Tafrawt, ⵜⴰⴼⵔⴰⵡⵜ, in Arabic: Tafraoute) is a small Berber-speaking town in the Moroccan Anti-Atlas located at 180 km south of Agadir in the Souss region in the heart of the Ammelen valley, in the middle of a circle of pink granite rocks.
Famous for its colors, it was at several times the capital of Souss. This city which was originally a souk is surrounded by several hundred tribes.
